My passion (okay, obsession) for the last fifteen years has been unpacking these teachings so they’re simple and easy to apply. Because knowledge only becomes truly valuable when we can put it to use.
Very Vedic Life is the culmination of that work. If a teaching hasn't helped me enjoy life more and show up better, you won’t find it in this course.
Vedic Meditation also opened the door to something else: an ancient body of knowledge so comprehensive it can be applied to hElp us in any area of life
...meditation changed everything for me. My worst habits fell away and life got a lot easier. If someone had handed me that before I started meditating, I would have thrown my arms around them and cried with relief.
But as it turned out, we were just getting started.
Just like you...
We will combine eyes-closed, consciousness-expanding practices with eyes-open techniques for everyday life to move from intellectual understanding to embodied wisdom.

True self-love.
You have a rising awareness of the effects that ripple from any action.
I was meditating one day when an idea bubbled up that I just couldn’t shake — what if there was a machine that could give a karmic rating for every action?
And then, the perfect artist to illustrate it popped into my head. That artist was Jake Foreman and the machine was the Karm-ometer. It was the beginning of our creative partnership.
As Jake and I chatted, we realised we shared the same obsession: making complex ideas simple, accessible and fun. Jake brings the visuals, I bring the words. Together, we’ve created something I think is special.
Creating this book is the most fun I’ve ever had at work (and remember, I was a professional DJ in the 90s). It’s a beautiful visual experience that brings these teachings to life in a whole new way.
It's also a handy course companion, containing all the eyes-open techniques and a Sanskrit glossary.
If you join our first intake, you’ll receive an exclusive First Edition copy of the book, signed by both Jake and myself.
It came to me in a meditation...as these things do
